Sweet fresh pear combines wonderfully with the dry, rich feta cheese. Served with lettuce, quinoa and a balsamic glaze, this is a quick and tasty dish for your meal plan!

Ingredients

  • Pear Pear 1 1
  • Pomegranate Pomegranate 1/4 1/4
  • Walnuts Walnuts 25g 2 tbsp
  • Feta Cheese Feta Cheese 20g 1/8 cup
  • Mixed Leaf Salad Mixed Leaf Salad 160g 4 cups
  • Mixed Quinoa Mixed Quinoa 80g 1/2 cup
  • Balsamic Vinegar Glaze Balsamic Vinegar Glaze 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Table Salt Table Salt seasoning seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1.Boil a pot of water on the hob, once boiled add the quinoa, and cook for 10 mins. Slice the pear and extra the pomegranate seeds.
  2. 2.Rinse the salad and add the feta, walnuts, pear and pomegranate. Add the quinoa once cooked.
  3. 3.Season and apply a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
