- Soy Milk Soya Milk 250ml 1 cup
- Water Water 125ml 1/2 cup
- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 45g 1/2 cup
- Psyllium Husk Psyllium Husk 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Saffron Saffron 5 strands 5 str&s
- Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Banana Banana 1 1
- Pomegranate Seeds Pomegranate Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Mango Mango 1 1
Instructions
- 1.In a saucepan, mix milk and water. Bring it to boil.
- 2.Add porridge oats and psyllium husk and stir for 2 minutes.
- 3.Then add saffron and maple syrup, stir occasionally. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
- 4.Slice the mango and banana.
- 5.Once the porridge is done, pour into a bowl and top with sliced banana, mango and pomegranate seeds.
