Beet and Berry Ice Pops

Beet juice combined with mixed berries, coconut milk and a dash of balsamic vinegar - make for a punchy and refreshing ice pop!

- Beet Juice Beetroot Juice 125ml 1/2 cup
- Coconut Milk Light Coconut Milk Light 125ml 1/2 cup
- Mixed Berries Mixed Berries 75g 1/2 cup
- Balsamic Vinegar Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- 2.Pour mixture into ice pop moulds and freeze until solid (4 to 6hrs in the freezer, or according to manufacturers instructions if using an ice pop maker).
- 3.Remove ice pops from moulds and enjoy immediately.
