Beet and Berry Ice Pops

Beet juice combined with mixed berries, coconut milk and a dash of balsamic vinegar - make for a punchy and refreshing ice pop!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Beet Juice Beetroot Juice 125ml 1/2 cup
  • Coconut Milk Light Coconut Milk Light 125ml 1/2 cup
  • Mixed Berries Mixed Berries 75g 1/2 cup
  • Balsamic Vinegar Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. 2.Pour mixture into ice pop moulds and freeze until solid (4 to 6hrs in the freezer, or according to manufacturers instructions if using an ice pop maker).
  3. 3.Remove ice pops from moulds and enjoy immediately.
