A sweet and punchy dairy free smoothie, combining apricot, pomegranate seeds, banana and a dash of honey.

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Pomegranate Pomegranate 1/2 1/2
  • Banana Banana 1/2 1/2
  • Dried Apricots Dried Apricots 30g 1/8 cup
  • Blueberries Blueberries 30g 1/5 cup
  • Clear Honey Clear Honey 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Plain Yoghurt Plain Yoghurt 125g 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. 1.Halve the Pomegranate and extract the seeds, place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. 2.Blend and enjoy!
