Gouda and Hummus Tortilla Wrap

Fill your favorite tortilla wraps with hummus, arugula (rocket salad), cherry tomatoes and Gouda cheese for this easy recipe! Delicious and a joy to make!

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise Mayonnaise 115g 1/2 cup
  • Hummus Hummus 125g 1/2 cup
  • Arugula Salad Rocket Salad 40g 2 cups
  • Cherry Tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes 200g 1 & 1/3 cups
  • Gouda Cheese Gouda Cheese 100g 1 cup
  • Fresh Parsley Fresh Parsley 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Table Salt Table Salt 2 tsp 2 tsp
  • Organic Eggs Organic Eggs 3 3
  • Olive Oil Olive Oil 3 tsp 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Boil water on the stove and hard boil the eggs, cooking for 10-12 mins on a medium heat.
  2. 2.Warm up the tortillas in a non-stick pan or in the oven.
  3. 3.Now remove the eggs from the stove and peel.
  4. 4.Cut the tomatoes and the eggs into quarters and slice the cheese into ribbon stips.
  5. 5.Spread the hummus and mayonnaise onto the open tortillas and start layering up with the salad, tomatoes, cheese, eggs and the persil.
  6. 6.Add a few drops of olive oil, some salt to taste and roll the tortillas.
