Peanut Butter and Banana Oatmeal

Creamy oatmeal (porridge) with sliced banana, peanut butter and chia seeds.

- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 90g 1 cup
- Banana Banana 1/2 1/2
- Crunchy Peanut Butter Crunchy Peanut Butter 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Almond Milk Almond Milk 300ml 1 & 1/5 cups
- Table Salt Table Salt 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Pour 250ml of milk into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Once bubbling gently, reduce the heat to low and add the porridge oats. Cook for 4mins.
- 2.Add the remaining milk to the oats and stir in the peanut butter and cook for a final minute
- 3.Serve with chopped banana and chia seeds.
