- Green Tea Green Tea 1 bag 1 bag
- Baby Spinach Baby Spinach 75g 1 cup
- Mint Mint 1 sprig 1 sprig
- Ginger Root Ginger Root 2 coins 2 coins
- Pineapple Chunks Pineapple Chunks 75g 1/2 cup
- Pear Pear 1 1
- Crushed Ice Crushed Ice 75g 1/2 cup
- Set Honey Set Honey 1 tsp 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Place the green tea bag in a cup of boiling water and let it rest for 5min, remove the tea bag, and let the mixture cool.
- 2.Chop the pineapple and a ripe pear into small chunks. Peel the ginger.
- 3.Place all the ingredients, including the cooled green tea, in a blender, and blend until smooth.
- 4.Season to taste with honey – avoid adding more fruit for sweetness, as this will mask the ?avour of the green tea.
- 5.Enjoy!
