Crisp and refreshing, this raspberry and mint iced tea is the perfect way to cool off on a warm day!

- Lemon Lemon 1 1
- Earl Grey Tea Earl Grey Tea 1 bag 1 bag
- Raspberries Raspberries 150g 1 cup
- Mint Mint 3 sprigs 3 sprigs
- Filtered Water Filtered Water 1 Ltr 1 Ltr
- Set Honey Set Honey 2 tsp 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Cut the lemon into small pieces.
- 2.Pluck the mint leaves off the stalks and leave a few on the side for garnishing.
- 3.Bring the water to boil, turn down the heat and add tea bag, washed raspberries, mint and the diced lemon.
- 4.Leave on the stove for about 10 minutes, then add the honey and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 5.Remove pot from the stove and let it cool down a little.
- 6.Remove mint, lemon and raspberries and then strain the tea into a jar.
- 7.Serve with ice, fresh mint and a few raspberries as a garnish.
