Raspberry Mint Iced Tea

Crisp and refreshing, this raspberry and mint iced tea is the perfect way to cool off on a warm day!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Lemon Lemon 1 1
  • Earl Grey Tea Earl Grey Tea 1 bag 1 bag
  • Raspberries Raspberries 150g 1 cup
  • Mint Mint 3 sprigs 3 sprigs
  • Filtered Water Filtered Water 1 Ltr 1 Ltr
  • Set Honey Set Honey 2 tsp 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the lemon into small pieces.
  2. 2.Pluck the mint leaves off the stalks and leave a few on the side for garnishing.
  3. 3.Bring the water to boil, turn down the heat and add tea bag, washed raspberries, mint and the diced lemon.
  4. 4.Leave on the stove for about 10 minutes, then add the honey and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5.Remove pot from the stove and let it cool down a little.
  6. 6.Remove mint, lemon and raspberries and then strain the tea into a jar.
  7. 7.Serve with ice, fresh mint and a few raspberries as a garnish.
