A quick and delicious, uncomplicated guacamole dip, combining avocado, lemon and cilantro (coriander).

Instructions
- 1.*Note: For best results pick the softest, ripest avocados.
- 2.Halve avocados, remove pit and scoop out the flesh.
- 3.Toss avocado flesh with lime juice and mash it up.
- 4.Mince garlic clove, add some salt and mash into a paste with a fork.
- 5.Add garlic to avocado and mix well.
- 6.Add finely chopped coriander (cilantro) and cayenne pepper.
