- Large Vine Tomatoes Large Vine Tomatoes 3 3
- Red Onion Red Onion 1/2 1/2
- Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
- Vegetable Broth Vegetable Broth 250ml 1 cup
- Organic Butter Organic Butter 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Ground Cumin Ground Cumin 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Sea Salt Sea Salt seasoning seasoning
- Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper seasoning seasoning
- Fresh Oregano Fresh Oregano pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.Peel the carrots and chop into smaller chunks. Loosely chop the red onion and garlic.
- 2.Add all ingredients to a blender (excluding oregano and basil leaves).
- 3.Blend until smooth, heat on the hob to warm. Serve with oregano, seasoning and basil leaves for garnish.
