Crunchy with a delicious sweet filling, these baked apricot and almond bars are quick and fun to prepare and will go down a treat!

- Ground Almonds Ground Almonds 100g 7/8 cup
- Oatmeal Oats Porridge 180g 2 cups
- Dried Apricots Dried Apricots 190g 1 cup
- Coconut Oil Coconut Oil 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Agave Nectar Agave Nectar 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 200c and grease loaf pan with coconut oil.
- 2.Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1min until crumbly.
- 3.Add mixture to the loaf pan and press firmly with your fingers to spread evenly.
- 4.Bake for 15-17min and allow to cool completely before serving.
