Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Fusilli Pasta Fusilli Pasta 300g 3 cups
  • Carbonara Sauce Carbonara Sauce 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
  • Organic Mushrooms Organic Mushrooms 400g 5 & 1/3 cups
  • Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp 4 tbsp
  • Red Chili Flakes Crushed Chillies 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
  • Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
  • Ground White Pepper Ground White Pepper pinch pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. 2.Carefully rinse the mushrooms under cold water and slice.
  3. 3.Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
  4. 4.Peel garlic, slice in half and add to saucepan.
  5. 5.Add mushrooms and cook for 5min until soft.
  6. 6.Add carbonara sauce, salt, and chilli flakes and cook for 10min, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7.Add cooked and drained pasta to saucepan and toss gently.
  8. 8.Season to taste and enjoy.
