Chocolate Blueberry Muffins

Moist and tender, these gorgeous chocolate blueberry muffins are a joy to make and to share with family and friends!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Organic Eggs Organic Eggs 6 6
  • Granulated Sugar Granulated Sugar 150g 3/4 cup
  • All Purpose Flour Plain Flour 150g 1 & 1/4 cups
  • Organic Butter Organic Butter 200g 7/8 cup
  • Milk Chocolate Bar Milk Chocolate Bar 220g 1 & 2/3 cups
  • Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Blueberries Blueberries 100g 2/3 cups

Instructions

  1. 1.Turn on the stove and add a broken bar of chocolate to a saucepan and cook on a medium heat until the chocolate melts. Then set aside to cool.
  2. 2.Blend the eggs with the sugar until the mixture doubles in size and turns white.
  3. 3.Now pour in the chocolate and whisk gently.
  4. 4.Sieve the flour and add little by little. Add the cinnamon and stir in.
  5. 5.Now assort your cake cups on a baking tray and pour the chocolate mixture halfway up each cake cup.
  6. 6.Then place a blueberry in the middle of each cup and then continue to fill each cup to the top, again adding a blueberry on top for decoration.
  7. 7.Set the oven to 180°C/ 350 F°, insert the muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes. Wait patiently and enjoy! :)
