Using only olives, garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, you'll be whipping up this moreish spread in just a couple of minutes! Best to be enjoyed with fresh baguette!

- Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Balsamic Vinegar Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Baguette Baguette 1 small 1 small
Instructions
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes until they resemble a slightly granular paste.
- 2.Serve with a toasted baguette or as a seasoning or a topping for a dish.
- 3.Store in the refrigerator and use for up to 1 week.
