- White Bread White Bread 2 slices 2 slices
- Organic Eggs Organic Eggs 1 1
- Table Salt Table Salt 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Granulated Sugar Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Organic Milk Organic Milk 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions
- 1.Crack an egg into a bowl, add a tablespoon of milk, teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of sugar. Whisk until mixed well.
- 2.Add a tablespoon of butter to a saucepan and heat the pan. When the butter melts, tilt the pan so the butter coats the pan evenly.
- 3.In the meantime pour half of the egg mix onto a shallow plate, a ridged plate works best to avoid creating a mess!
- 4.Place the bread into the egg mix, and after 45 seconds flip so both sides are coated.
- 5.By now the butter should have melted and place the first bread slice in the pan. After 2 mins flip, so both sides golden.
- 6.Now pour the remaining egg mix onto the plate and coat the second slice of bread. Once the first slice has cooked in the pan, do the second.
- 7.Serve with blueberries and more butter if desired.
