Patatas Bravas belong to the typical Spanish food known under the name of "tapas". They are tasty fried potato cubes cooked with a spicy yummy sauce and served, warm or cold, as a great appetizer. And believe me, there's absolutely no appetizer you'll see disappear faster than this.

- Paprika Paprika 10g 2/3 tbsp
- Tomato Puree Tomato Puree 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Red Wine Vinegar Red Wine Vinegar 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp 4 tbsp
- Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper seasoning seasoning
- Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
Instructions
- 1.Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and put them aside.
- 2.Mix the tomato sauce and vinegar in a little bowl and keep aside to season the potatoes afterward.
- 3.In a large pan pour the olive oil, then combine the potatoes, pepper, salt and let fry for 5 minutes. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for another 20 minutes occasionally checking and stirring the potatoes with a ladle, taking care not to smash them.
- 4.After this time, season the potatoes with the paprika and increase the heat, combine the emulsion of tomato sauce and vinegar and cook for another 3 minutes to let the potatoes absorb the sauce and get as crispy as you like.
- 5.Now your patatas bravas are ready to be enjoyed: do not hang around because they will quickly dissapear!
