Only four ingredients required to whip up this amazing vegan clotted cream recipe! Thick and cheesy and perfect on muffins, scones or crumpets - this will soon become a tea time favorite!

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*
- Vegan Butter Vegan Butter 40g 2 & 2/3 tbsp
- Powdered Sugar Icing Sugar 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Vegan Cream Cheese Vegan Cream Cheese 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Coconut Cream Coconut Cream 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.In a medium bowl combine everything except the coconut cream.
- 2.Use a handmixer until creamy and smooth.
- 3.Now slowly add coconut cream and mix until no more lumps are visible.
- 4.Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving with jam and scones.
- 5.Note: If you canĀ“t find Coconut Cream in your local store (like me!), i used the thick, upper part of the canned coconut milk. Just make sure you had refridgerated the coconut milk for at least 4 hours beforehand.
