Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 45g 1/2 cup
  • Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Almond Milk Almond Milk 250ml 1 cup
  • Banana Banana 1 1
  • Almonds Almonds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Blueberries Blueberries 40g 1/4 cup
  • Peanut Butter Peanut Butter 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook oats with almond milk & cinnamon for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  2. 2.Add maple syrup to the oatmeal and stir.
  3. 3.Slice banana into thick pieces.
  4. 4.Place the oatmeal in a bowl and top with banana, sliced almonds, blueberries, peanut butter and a sprinkling of chia seeds.
