- Avocado Avocado 1 1
- Cocoa Powder Cocoa Powder 4 tbsp 4 tbsp
- Almond Milk Almond Milk 4 tbsp 4 tbsp
- Agave Nectar Agave Nectar 2 tsp 2 tsp
- Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Topping:
- Pistachio Nuts Pistachio Nuts 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Almonds Almonds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Hazelnuts Hazelnuts 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Frozen Mixed Berries Frozen Mixed Berries small handful small handful
Instructions
- 1.In a blender, purée the avocado until smooth.
- 2.Mix cocoa powder and milk until combined, then add to the avocado.
- 3.Gradually add syrup until you reach a smooth yet firm consistency.
- 4.Place in small bowls and garnish with choice of nuts (optional).
- 5.Chill in fridge for at least 30min.
