  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 45g 1/2 cup
  • Ground Flaxseed Ground Flaxseed 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Almond Milk Almond Milk 250ml 1 cup
  • Coconut Sugar Coconut Sugar 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Topping:
  • Banana Banana 1 1
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 2 tsp 2 tsp
  • Peanut Butter Peanut Butter 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Pecan Nuts Pecan Nuts 2 tbsp 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook oats with almond milk, coconut sugar and ground flaxseed for 2 minutes on medium heat.
