Kiwi and Blueberry Morning Oatmeal

Cinnamon and honey oatmeal with fresh kiwi and blueberries. Wholesome, fruity and packed with protein!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Kiwi Kiwi 1 1
  • Blueberries Blueberries 50g 1/3 cup
  • Walnuts Walnuts 25g 2 tbsp
  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 120g 1 & 1/3 cups
  • Clear Honey Clear Honey 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Oat Milk Oat Milk 500ml 2 cups

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the kiwi and slice. Wash the blueberries.
  2. 2.Pour the porridge oats into a pot, add cinnamon and honey and finally add the oats milk.
  3. 3.Bring to cook and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes while constantly stirring. Take pan off stove.
  4. 4.Serve in a bowl and garnish with kiwi, blueberries and the walnuts.
