Combining fresh mango, pomegranate and chia seeds with creamy oatmeal, this hearty breakfast bowl is vegan, gluten free and packed with nutrients!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Instant Oatmeal Instant Oats Porridge 40g 1/2 cup
  • Soy Milk Soya Milk 250ml 1 cup
  • Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 2 tsp 2 tsp
  • Mango Mango 1 1
  • Pomengrate Seeds Pomengrate Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Almond Butter Almond Butter 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook oats with soya milk & cinnamon in a saucepan for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  2. 2.Meanwhile chop mango into cubes.
  3. 3.Spoon the cooked oatmeal in one half of the bowl and the mango cubes in the remaining half.
  4. 4. Add pomegranate seeds and chia seeds as toppings.
  5. 5.Drizzle almond butter over the oatmeal.
