- Padron Peppers Padron Peppers 250g 2 cups
- Olive Oil Olive Oil 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.Wash the peppers in cold water and dry them.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a large, non-stick frying pan then add the peppers and fry for 4-5 minutes until their skins start to blister and turn brown.
- 3.Transfer them onto some kitchen paper to drain.
- 4.Sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.
