Spoil yourself with these delicious oatmeal pancakes with peanut butter! Vegan and irresistibly good!

- Pancakes:
- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 180g 2 cups
- Soy Milk Soya Milk 250ml 1 cup
- Baking Powder Baking Powder 2 tsp 2 tsp
- Baking Soda Bicarbonate of Soda 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
- Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 4 tbsp 4 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 2 tsp 2 tsp
- Topping:
- Soy Milk Soya Milk 125ml 1/2 cup
- Peanut Butter Peanut Butter 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Banana Banana 1 1
- Dark Chocolate Dark Chocolate 100g 3/4 cup
Instructions
- 1.Place all the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
- 2.Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat. Pour batter on the pan (1/4 cup for each pancake). When you see bubbles appearing on the surface, flip the pancake and let it cook for 1 minute. Repeat the same for remaining batter.
- 3.For Peanut Butter Sauce: Cook soy milk and peanut butter with 1 tbsp of maple syrup for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Keep stirring for 3 minutes until there is a smooth consistency, then set aside and let cool for a few minutes.
- 4.Pour the mixture over pancakes and top with sliced banana and crumbled dark chocolate.
