- Yellow Kiwi Yellow Kiwi 2 2
- Romaine Lettuce Romaine Lettuce 4 leaves 4 leaves
- Fresh Parsley Fresh Parsley 1 sprig 1 sprig
- Spring Onion Spring Onion 1/2 1/2
- Raw Honey Raw Honey 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Poppy Seeds Poppy Seeds 1/8 tsp 1/8 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Place lettuce leaves on a plate.
- 2.Peel and slice kiwi fruit and place on top of lettuce leaves.
- 3.Chop parsley and spring onion and scatter over kiwi fruit.
- 4.Whisk together honey, lemon juice and poppy seeds and drizzle over salad.
- 5.*If you canĀ“t find yellow kiwi fruit in your local store - substitute for pear or apple.
