- Feta Cheese Feta Cheese 100g 2/3 cup
- Strawberries Strawberries 6 6
- Raspberries Raspberries 50g 1/3 cup
- Fresh Basil Fresh Basil garnish garnish
- Balsamic Vinegar Glaze Balsamic Vinegar Glaze 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.Carve out the watermelon flesh and cut into chunky cubes. Do the same with the feta.
- 2.Add the ingredients to the skewers and top-end with sliced strawberries. Serve with a drizzle of sweet balsamic glaze.
