  • Orange Orange 1 and 1/2 1 & 1/2
  • Apple Apple 1/2 1/2
  • Dried Apricots Dried Apricots 60g 1/3 cup
  • Dried Cranberries Dried Cranberries 10g 1 tbsp
  • Set Honey Set Honey 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Plain Yoghurt Plain Yoghurt 60g 1/5 cup
  • Filtered Water Filtered Water 50ml 1/5 cup
