Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Spelt Flour Spelt Flour 250g 2 cups
  • Brown Sugar Brown Sugar 100g 1/2 cup
  • Rice Milk Rice Milk 120ml 1/2 cup
  • Banana Banana 3 3
  • Sunflower Oil Sunflower Oil 75ml 1/3 cup
  • Fruit and Nut Mix Fruit and Nut Mix 50g 2/5 cup
  • Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder Baking Powder 3 tsp 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Pre-heat oven to 200°. Mash the black peeled bananas with a fork and mix them with the sugar in order to obtain a creamy consistency.
  2. 2.Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the oil and then the sieved flour one spoon at a time.
  3. 3.Also, sieve the baking powder and cinnamon in the same way and mix making sure that all the ingredients are perfectly melted. Add the additional dried fruits or nuts.
  4. 4.Bake in a loaf tin for approximately 50 minutes, checking after 20 minutes and lowering to 180° if needed.
  5. 5.Allow cooling a little before slicing.
