- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 45g 1/2 cup
- Soy Milk Soya Milk 250ml 1 cup
- Apple Apple 1 1
- Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Sugar Coconut Sugar 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Dark Chocolate Dark Chocolate 2 cubes 2 cubes
- Almond Butter Almond Butter 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Cut the apple into halves. Set one half aside for the garnish and dice the other.
- 2.Add the milk, oats and diced apple to a saucepan. Add coconut sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add cinnamom and stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes until oatmeal turns soft.
- 3.Place into a bowl and top with sliced apple, dark chocolate and almond butter.
