- Carrot Carrot 2 2
- Red Onion Red Onion 1 1
- Cherry Tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes 50g 1/3 cup
- Sunflower Seeds Sunflower Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Mustard Mustard 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
- Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
- Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.Rinse the salad and roughly chop into pieces.
- 2.Chop oinons, tomatoes and carrots into small pieces.
- 3.Add mustard to a small bowl, slowly add lemon juice while stirring, then add the olive oil and salt.
- 4.Carefully brown sunflower seeds in a pan, shaking from time to time.
- 5.Add salad to a big bowl, add remaining ingredients and dressing and season to taste.
