Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
  • Soy Milk Soya Milk 375ml 1 & 1/2 cups
  • Cooked Beet Cooked Beetroot 75g 1/3 cup
  • Strawberries Strawberries 75g 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 2 tsp 2 tsp
  • Mint Mint 2 sprigs 2 sprigs

Instructions

  1. 1.*For best results, prepare this recipe the night before serving.*
  2. 2.Place milk and chia seeds in a blender and let it soak for 5min. Place remaining ingredients in the blender and pulse until just combined.
  3. 3.Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. 4.Sweeten to taste with maple syrup and serve garnished with mint leaves.
