Banana Oatmeal Snack Cookies

These bite-sized, low-fat and sugar-free cookies are just the perfect snack to make it through the morning (or afternoon) and get important nutrients, vitamins, and natural fruit sugar!

- Banana Banana 3 3
- Whole Grain Oats Whole Grain Oats 100g 1 & 1/5 cups
- Raisins Raisins 60g 1/3 cup
- Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon Pinch Pinch
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 180° C. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and set aside.
- 2.Put the raisin in some water and let soak for 5 minutes or longer.
- 3.Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork until you get a puree-like consistency then add oats and raisin (previously squeezed by hand to drain the absorbed water) until completely blended.
- 4.Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto baking sheets, spacing them apart, and bake until cooked through and golden brown, almost 10-15 minutes.
- 5.Carefully transfer to a platter or a tray and set aside to let cool completely.
- 6.Feel free to experiment with other mix-ins like almonds, cashews or chocolate chips!
