Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Farfalle Pasta Farfalle Pasta 350g 3 & 1/2 cups
  • Frozen Peas Frozen Peas 350g 2 & 1/3 cups
  • Organic Mushrooms Organic Mushrooms 200g 2 & 2/3 cups
  • White Wine White Wine 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Shallot Shallot 3 3
  • Dried Thyme Dried Thyme 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large, deep skillet.
  2. 2.Add finely sliced shallots and sauté for 1min.
  3. 3.Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 to 10min or until tender.
  4. 4.Add wine and boil until reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5.Add peas and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10min then remove from heat, season with salt and cover to keep warm.
  6. 6.Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  7. 7.Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta cooking liquid.
  8. 8.Toss pasta into the pot, moistening with reserved pasta cooking liquid if necessary.
  9. 9.Sprinkle with finely chopped thyme and serve.
