White Pizza with Roasted Asparagus

- Sea Salt Sea Salt 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
- Dried Oregano Dried Oregano 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
- Cornstarch Cornflour 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Almond Milk Almond Milk 100ml 2/5 cup
- Water Water 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Pizza Base Pizza Base 2 2
- Asparagus Asparagus 60g 1/2 cup
- Sun Dried Tomatoes Sun Dried Tomatoes 15g 1/4 cup
Instructions
- 1.Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and medium-high heat, add flour and cook, stirring, for 2min, whisk in almond milk and crushed garlic and 2 tbsp filtered water and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and season with sea salt and black pepper.
- 2.Slice asparagus in half lengthways and chop 2 of the sundried tomatoes.
- 3.Spread the white sauce onto the tortilla and top with asparagus and whole and chopped sundried tomato, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10-15min, until crust becomes golden.
- 4.Garnish with fresh parsley, season to taste and serve immediately.
