Mix rolled oats, apple, sesame seeds and linseed for a gluten free and wonderfully satiating breakfast muesli bowl!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Apple Apple 1 1
  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 30g 1/3 cup
  • Sesame Seeds Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Linseed Linseed 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Oat Milk Oat Milk 250ml 1 cup
  • Water Water 80ml 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. 1.Add sesame seeds and brown linseeds to a small bowl, cover with water and leave to swell for 2 minutes.
  2. 2.Slice apple into bite sized pieces.
  3. 3.Add apple to a seperate bowl, add oats, seeds and milk and enjoy.
