Ingredients

  • Pineapple Chunks Pineapple Chunks 50g 1/3 cup
  • Yellow Bell Pepper Yellow Bell Pepper 1/3 1/3
  • Pineapple Juice Pineapple Juice 80ml 1/3 cup
  • Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Root Ginger Root 2cm coin 2cm coin
  • Ground Turmeric Ground Turmeric 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
  • Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper pinch pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.Roughly chop pineapple and yellow pepper, and grate ginger.
  2. 2.Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
