- Pineapple Chunks Pineapple Chunks 50g 1/3 cup
- Yellow Bell Pepper Yellow Bell Pepper 1/3 1/3
- Pineapple Juice Pineapple Juice 80ml 1/3 cup
- Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Ginger Root Ginger Root 2cm coin 2cm coin
- Ground Turmeric Ground Turmeric 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.Roughly chop pineapple and yellow pepper, and grate ginger.
- 2.Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- 3.Pour into a glass or four shot glasses and enjoy!
