Homemade Strawberry Jam

An incredibly easy recipe to make your very own strawberry jam from only four ingredients. It‘s the perfect vegan, sweet spread for your morning toast, waffle or pancake!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Strawberries Strawberries 20 20
  • Jam Sugar Jam Sugar 250g 1 & 1/4 cups
  • Vanilla Sugar Vanilla Sugar 20g 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Syrup Lemon Syrup 2 tsp 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Wash the strawberries, cut off green heads and cut into small pieces.
  2. 2.Put strawberries in a big pot, add gelling sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3.Season to taste with lemon flavour.
  4. 4.Fill jam into jars, shut them tight with the lid and put jars on their heads to cool down.
  5. 5.Store in a cool and dry place. Serve with pancakes or waffles.
