- Cashew Nuts Cashew Nuts 125g 1 cup
- Water Water 125ml 1/2 cup
- Sea Salt Sea Salt 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tsp 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 2 tsp 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1.*Pre-soak cashews for 1 hour in hot water.
- 2.Drain cashews and add to a blender along with water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and salt and blend until smooth.
