- Celeriac Celeriac 1 1
- Garlic Garlic 3 cloves 3 cloves
- Dried Rosemary Dried Rosemary 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 220C / 475F / Gas Mark 7.
- 2.Spread the cut celeriac chips out over a sheet of baking parchment. Sprinkle over the garlic, rosemary and black pepper.
- 3.Bake in the oven for forty minutes, turning halfway.
