One of Turkey's favorite appetizer or meze dishes, this traditional hummus dip incorporates tahini, garlic and is spiced with paprika and biber salcasi. A delicious vegan and gluten free spread with a wonderfully spicy kick! Quick and super easy to prepare!

- Chickpeas in Water Chickpeas in Water 250g 1 & 1/4 cups
- Tahini Tahini 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Garlic Garlic 2 cloves 2 cloves
- Biber Salcasi Biber Salcasi 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Smoked Paprika Smoked Paprika 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Lemon Lemon juice of 1 juice of 1
- Table Salt Table Salt to taste to taste
Instructions
- 1.Drain the chickpeas. Peel the garlic.
- 2.Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
- 3.Add 1 or 2 tbsp of water if necessary or until desired consistency.
