Mix rolled oats, apple, sesame seeds and linseed for a gluten free and wonderfully satiating breakfast muesli bowl!

- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 30g 1/3 cup
- Sesame Seeds Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Linseed Linseed 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Oat Milk Oat Milk 250ml 1 cup
- Water Water 80ml 1/3 cup
Instructions
- 1.Add sesame seeds and brown linseeds to a small bowl, cover with water and leave to swell for 2 minutes.
- 2.Slice apple into bite sized pieces.
- 3.Add apple to a seperate bowl, add oats, seeds and milk and enjoy.
