Combine sweet and sour flavors for this quick and rewarding avocado and apple salad!

Ingredients

  • Avocado Avocado 1 1
  • Apple Apple 1 1
  • Walnuts Walnuts 30g 1/4 cup
  • Red Onion Red Onion 1/4 1/4
  • Arugula Salad Rocket Salad 160g 4 cups
  • Honey Mustard Dressing Honey Mustard Dressing 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Table Salt Table Salt seasoning seasoning
  • Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper seasoning seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1.Turn the oven on to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and once warm place a handful of walnuts onto a baking tray. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. 2.Slice the avocado and onion. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces.
  3. 3.Remove the walnuts from the oven, rinse the salad and add all to a plate. Season and serve with a honey mustard dressing.
