Combining smashed avocado, fresh tomato and pine nuts, this is a quick and super filling vegan snack.

  • Rice Cakes Rice Cakes 2 2
  • Pine Nuts Pine Nuts 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Sunflower Seeds Sunflower Seeds 2 tsp 2 tsp
  • Fresh Oregano Fresh Oregano garnish garnish

Instructions

  1. 1.Halve and scoop out the avocado flesh, smudging onto the rice cakes.
  2. 2.Wash then slice the tomatoes, and place on top with sunflower seeds, pine nuts, salt and a oregano garnish.
