- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 45g 1/2 cup
- Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Almond Milk Almond Milk 250ml 1 cup
- Banana Banana 1 1
- Almonds Almonds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Blueberries Blueberries 40g 1/4 cup
- Peanut Butter Peanut Butter 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.Cook oats with almond milk & cinnamon for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- 2.Add maple syrup to the oatmeal and stir.
- 3.Slice banana into thick pieces.
- 4.Place the oatmeal in a bowl and top with banana, sliced almonds, blueberries, peanut butter and a sprinkling of chia seeds.
