This is a gorgeous little recipe for what may well become your new favorite sweet spread. Ready in minutes and just 4 ingredients required!

Gluten Free Dairy Free Low Carb Under 30 mins

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Blueberries Blueberries 300g 2 cup
  • Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Set Honey Set Honey 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.*For best results, prepare this recipe at least 4 hours before serving.*
  2. 2.Clean and rinse glass jar, place it in the microwave on high for 1min or until dry, set aside.
  3. 3.Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until a jam-like consistensy is reached.
  4. 4.Transfer mixture to sterilised jar and refridgerate for 1 to 4hrs.
