A quick and appetizing brie and avocado sandwich loaded with cherry tomatoes, arugula (rocket), raisins and a sweet balsamic glaze dressing.

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Avocado Avocado 1/2 1/2
  • Brie Brie 20g 1/4 cup
  • Cherry Tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes 4 4
  • Arugula Salad Rocket Salad 40g 1 cup
  • Mixed Nuts and Raisins Mixed Nuts and Raisins 10g 2 tsp
  • Multi Grain Bread Multi Grain Bread 2 slices 2 slices
  • Table Salt Table Salt 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Balsamic Vinegar Glaze Balsamic Vinegar Glaze 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Lightly toast the bread and in the meantime slice the avocado, brie and tomatoes. Add a bed of rocket (arugula) leaves on the bread, add the sliced ingredients as well as some nuts and raisins. Season and add a drizzle of balsamic.
