Combining carrot, apple, lemon and ginger, this rich and flavorful morning smoothie is packed full of healthy nutrients and vitamins!

- Banana Banana 1 1
- Apple Apple 1/2 1/2
- Lemon Lemon 1/2 1/2
- Ginger Root Ginger Root 2 coins 2 coins
- Soy Milk Soya Milk 250ml 1 cup
- Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Peel the carrots and chop into pieces. Peel the ginger and fine chop.
- 2.Add to blender with the other fruit. Add some squeezed lemon juice and milk. Blend until smooth and the carrots are thoroughly blended.
- 3.Serve with a topping of chia seeds.
