Combining carrot, apple, lemon and ginger, this rich and flavorful morning smoothie is packed full of healthy nutrients and vitamins!

Ingredients

  • Carrot Carrot 3 3
  • Banana Banana 1 1
  • Apple Apple 1/2 1/2
  • Lemon Lemon 1/2 1/2
  • Ginger Root Ginger Root 2 coins 2 coins
  • Soy Milk Soya Milk 250ml 1 cup
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Peel the carrots and chop into pieces. Peel the ginger and fine chop.
  2. 2.Add to blender with the other fruit. Add some squeezed lemon juice and milk. Blend until smooth and the carrots are thoroughly blended.
  3. 3.Serve with a topping of chia seeds.
