Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Raw Cashew Nuts Raw Cashew Nuts 150g 1 & 1/5 cups
  • Red Bell Pepper Red Bell Pepper 1 1
  • Nutritional Yeast Nutritional Yeast 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • White Potatoes White Potatoes 1 1
  • Ground Turmeric Ground Turmeric 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic Powder Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Water Water 150ml 3/5 cup
  • Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.*Soak cashews in water for 3-4 hours.*
  2. 2.Cook potato and bell pepper in two seperate pots until soft.
  3. 3.Rinse and drain cashews.
  4. 4.Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5.Enjoy with nachos and legumes.
