- Raw Cashew Nuts Raw Cashew Nuts 150g 1 & 1/5 cups
- Red Bell Pepper Red Bell Pepper 1 1
- Nutritional Yeast Nutritional Yeast 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- White Potatoes White Potatoes 1 1
- Ground Turmeric Ground Turmeric 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Powder Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Water Water 150ml 3/5 cup
- Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.*Soak cashews in water for 3-4 hours.*
- 2.Cook potato and bell pepper in two seperate pots until soft.
- 3.Rinse and drain cashews.
- 4.Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- 5.Enjoy with nachos and legumes.
