Chia and Strawberry Overnight Oats

Creamy vanilla oatmeal with healthy chia seeds and strawberry. These delicious dairy free overnight oats are well worth waking up for!

Dairy Free Under 30 mins

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 135g 1 & 1/2 cups
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Almond Milk Almond Milk 375ml 1 & 1/2 cups
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch
  • Strawberry Rosemary Jam Strawberry Rosemary Jam 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Strawberries Strawberries 25g 1/6 cup

Instructions

  1. 1.*For best results, prepare this recipe the night before serving.*
  2. 2.Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and whisk to combine.
  3. 3.Place oats mixture in a jar with a lid.
  4. 4.Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. 5.In the morning, top with strawberry rosemary jam (see my other recipe!), and garnish with fresh, sliced strawberries.
  6. 6.Eat it cold, or warmed up.
  7. 7.Enjoy!
