Chocolate Blueberry Muffins

Moist and tender, these gorgeous chocolate blueberry muffins are a joy to make and to share with family and friends!
Ingredients
* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*
- Organic Eggs Organic Eggs 6 6
- Granulated Sugar Granulated Sugar 150g 3/4 cup
- All Purpose Flour Plain Flour 150g 1 & 1/4 cups
- Organic Butter Organic Butter 200g 7/8 cup
- Milk Chocolate Bar Milk Chocolate Bar 220g 1 & 2/3 cups
- Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Blueberries Blueberries 100g 2/3 cups
Instructions
- 1.Turn on the stove and add a broken bar of chocolate to a saucepan and cook on a medium heat until the chocolate melts. Then set aside to cool.
- 2.Blend the eggs with the sugar until the mixture doubles in size and turns white.
- 3.Now pour in the chocolate and whisk gently.
- 4.Sieve the flour and add little by little. Add the cinnamon and stir in.
- 5.Now assort your cake cups on a baking tray and pour the chocolate mixture halfway up each cake cup.
- 6.Then place a blueberry in the middle of each cup and then continue to fill each cup to the top, again adding a blueberry on top for decoration.
- 7.Set the oven to 180°C/ 350 F°, insert the muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes. Wait patiently and enjoy! :)
